🚚 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. Once processed, your order will be dispatched through our trusted delivery partners.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

 

⏳ Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India, depending on the delivery location.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas: Up to 7–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other logistical factors.

 

📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number to track the delivery status of your package.

 

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most orders across India.

For COD orders, our team may contact you to confirm the order before shipment. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and complete the payment.

 

📦 Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
A ₹100 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is applicable on all COD orders.
All applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.
